Los sarmientos normales brotan de una *yema del año precedente.

The *bud contains three miniature, compressed (primordial) shoots. Durant l'hiver et le début du printemps, l'activité celulaire du *bourgeon se manifeste dès que la température dépasse un certain seuil, appelé seuil de croissance ou zéro de végétation, qui se situe autour de 10ºC.

Definición Diminuto brote vegetativo de la vid que aparece en el sarmiento, formando un pequeño resalte en forma de cúpula o bulbo. A small part of the vine shoot which rests between the leaf stalk or petiole and the shoot stem. "Embryon" de rameau qui est constitué par un cône végétatif terminé par un méristème et muni d'ébauches de feuilles.
