El vino n° 7 (mosto, películas y semillas) es un vino *tierno, agradable al gusto, de buena boca y de buen color, pero incompleto: le falta cuerpo y habría ganado con una maceración prolongada de doce á catorce días.

Definición Se dice del vino suave, muy redondo, delicado, fácil. Term applied to a supple, very round wine whcih is quite mellow, and which is agreeable and pleasant to drink. Qualifie un vin ni trop acide, ni trop tannique, ni trop corsé mais équilibré, souple et san âpreté.
